- Communicate with patients and healthcare staff in English and Spanish
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars
- Handle patient intake, referrals, referrals, authorizations, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate EHR/EMR database entries and medical documentation
- Assist with insurance verification and basic claims assistance
- Provide general administrative support to clinical and office teams
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with privacy standards
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned
verifiedRequired Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
- Experience in healthcare administration or related VA support
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR tools or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in US Medical clinics/facilities
