As a Bilingual Real Estate Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish), you will provide direct operational support to premier U.S. real estate agents, brokers, and property management firms. This 100% remote role lets you manage transaction coordination, lead follow-ups, and marketing while working from anywhere in Latin America.

• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Manage calendars, schedule showings, inspections, and appointments
• Assist with listing coordination, MLS data entry, and property updates
• Support transaction coordination, including contracts, disclosures, and deadlines
• Handle client intake, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Create and update marketing materials, email campaigns, and property listings
• Coordinate with lenders, escrow, and title companies as needed
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation
• Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned

verifiedRequired Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Previous experience as a Real Estate VA, Transaction Coordinator, or administrative assistant
• Familiarity with real estate processes, terminology, and documentation
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and professional home workspace

starPreferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based real estate agents or brokerages
• Knowledge of MLS platforms and CRMs (e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, HubSpot)
• Experience in residential, commercial, or property management settings
• Prior remote work experience
